Cozy, comfortable room, heritage character, nice to come back to after a day out and about. Suitable breakfast, tea and coffee supplies. Only issue with facilities was the shower head which fell down a few times when showering. Only issues with staff was, between nights (we stayed two), the breakfast dishes were not washed, but for some reason our belongings were collected and re-packed into our suitcases which we thought was a bit strange and unnecessary.

Lovely old house with lovely gardens in a good location. Good for o night stop. For us showing it’s age pretty well and probably in need of a good tidy up. They always look cute in photos but starting to question the relevance of these old places in today’s market. Certainly wouldn’t appeal to the younger generations.
