Meet your hosts – Simonne and Marcus Liberman
A warm welcome from Simonne and Marcus
After living in Melbourne and Sale in East Gippsland, Simonne and Marcus made a ‘sea change’ to Phillip Island nineteen years ago, following Marcus’ career as a Professional Golfer. After long careers in demanding management roles, Simonne and Marcus made the transition to a more relaxed lifestyle, ensuring more time with their teenage daughter Stephanie.
Having travelled extensively overseas and in Australia, we know the importance of good quality accommodation with great service. We also know what it’s like to be stressed out by our jobs and how important it is to take time out from the daily grind, to find a place where you can wind down, recharge and return home revitalized. October, 2019.Cozy, comfortable room, heritage character, nice to come back to after a day out and about. Suitable breakfast, tea and coffee supplies. Only issue with facilities was the shower head which fell down a few times when showering. Only issues with staff was, between nights (we stayed two), the breakfast dishes were not washed, but for some reason our belongings were collected and re-packed into our suitcases which we thought was a bit strange and unnecessary.Expedia reviewer15. April, 2019.Bathroom way too small, no storage, really unsatisfactoryWotif reviewer7. January, 2019.Lovely old house with lovely gardens in a good location. Good for o night stop. For us showing it’s age pretty well and probably in need of a good tidy up. They always look cute in photos but starting to question the relevance of these old places in today’s market. Certainly wouldn’t appeal to the younger generations.
